The problem

“Everything for this building” should be one search.

Where is the complete set? Sheets from one project sit in several files and folders, and nobody can say whether a set is whole.
Which drawing is current? Revisions pile up, and the official record is whatever someone remembers.
Old scans can't be searched. Legacy sets are faded photocopies with no text layer at all.
Metadata is inconsistent. File names are whatever the last person typed, so the repository can't be trusted.

Assess a sample

You choose a sample of your archive, scanned and born-digital. We run it through Sheetsa and hand back one named PDF per sheet and an index for every set.

Review and measure

Your staff review the index and correct it; every correction is logged. We report accuracy field by field against your reviewed index, how many pages had no usable text, and which titleblock layouts Sheetsa didn't know.

Build what the archive needs

The assessment ends with a written recommendation: what a full migration would take, which custom pieces below are worth building, and how the index maps into your repository.

What we'll tell you up front

No surprises after the contract.

PDF only. Sheetsa reads drawing sets and spec books as PDFs. CAD, BIM and GIS files stay with your existing platform.
Accuracy is measured, not promised. How well Sheetsa reads your archive is what the assessment finds out, on your own sets, before anything larger is agreed.
Old scans are harder. Clean scans at scanner resolution read well; faded, low-resolution photocopies may need a person to finish them. The assessment says how many.
No certifications yet. Sheetsa does not hold security certifications today; Security and data handling says exactly what is and isn't in place. Deployment in your own environment keeps your existing security controls in charge.
