Drawings can now come in as easily as they go out, Ask the archive reaches past the drawings, and the Library got easier to find your way around.
Send a consultant a request link from the Library's new Inbox. They drop their files or a whole folder, with no account to create, and the package arrives with its list of files and a transmittal. Accept it and Sheetsa files each set under its building; decline it and that's recorded too.
A package's link is shorter and names the project, and your name and company show on the email, the transmittal and the page they open. If the person you send to uses Sheetsa, the package also lands in their Inbox, and you'll see when they accept it.
When a question names a spec section, by its CSI number or its title, or one of a building's files, the answer cites those too, after the sheets. Click a citation to open the spec book or the file and check it for yourself.
Everything for adding to the Library now starts in one place: a single set, a spec book, a whole folder, scanned sets or image files. Team members, retention and the activity log moved to their own Settings screen, so the home shows just your buildings and sets. A new organization gets a short welcome with the first steps.
Sheetsa Specs now reads MasterSpec-style section headers, so more real-world project manuals split into one PDF per CSI section.
The Sheetsa Library opened for early access: drop in your drawing sets and they're filed, searchable and ready to send.
Tick the sheets a tenant's architect or a consultant needs and press Send. They get a link that opens without an account, with a transmittal and the sheet index included. You choose whether they can download or print, when the link expires, and you can see when it was opened.
For every building, see which drawing governs each sheet number today and what it replaced, across every set you've filed. Export it as CSV or JSON.
Sheetsa Triage files a folder's drawing sets, spec books and other files under the right building after one confirm step. Exact copies are skipped, and you're asked before anything is stored twice.
Sheet numbers and titles are read right off scanned sets with OCR, checked by a second reading, and filed like any other set.
