Every building's drawings go through two long stretches. Before they're built, they're reviewed: comments go out, answers come back, and someone has to keep track of what's still open. After they're built, they're kept for decades and asked for all the time. Too often both end in a spreadsheet, a search through shared drives and an email to whoever drew them. Sheetsa is built for both.
Who's behind it
Two decades of building projects, built into the software.
Sheetsa was founded by an engineer with more than 20 years in architecture, engineering and construction. That background is in the product: how a review comment gets answered and checked back, how sheet numbers are organized by discipline, how one revision supersedes another, what a titleblock looks like across decades of drafting standards, and what a faded scan from a 1980s project really looks like.
It's software written by someone who has worked with drawing sets for a career, for the owners, managers and agencies who have to keep them.

Property owners, managers, facilities teams and public agencies. Not a CAD program and not a construction app: Sheetsa is for reviewing the drawings while they're designed, then receiving, filing, finding and sending them for as long as the building stands.

Sheetsa reads drawings the way an engineer does: the titleblock first, the discipline from the sheet number, and the drawing list to check nothing's missing.

How we work
Accurate, and honest about it.
Engineers sign their name to their drawings. Sheetsa holds itself to the same standard: it shows its work, and it never claims what it hasn't done.
- Every value shows how it was read. Observed, Confirmed, Inferred or Verified, on every field. If Sheetsa guessed, it says so.
- Every comment keeps its history. Who wrote it, how the consultant answered, and whether the back-check accepted it, each with a date.
- Your originals are kept. Restoration and reading make copies and records. A PDF/A fix replaces a sheet's file only when an owner or admin asks, and only when the set you uploaded is still kept.
- Accuracy is measured, not promised. Sheetsa is tested on real drawing sets, and the site says what has been tested and what hasn't. No invented numbers.
- Nothing is claimed until it has been run. If a feature is coming soon, it says coming soon.
