Sheetsa started as a set of small tools for problems that come up every week in engineering and construction work: a 200-page drawing set that has to be split into named sheets, a faded scan nobody can read, a spec book with no usable table of contents. It grew into a drawing archive because the same problem sits behind all of them: nobody can find the current drawing for a building, and nobody trusts the file names.
How we work
Nothing is claimed until it has been run.
- Every value shows how it was read. Observed, Confirmed, Inferred or Verified, on every field, on every screen. If Sheetsa guessed, it says so.
- The original is never altered. Restoration and reading produce copies and records; the scan you uploaded stays as it was.
- Accuracy is measured, not promised. Sheetsa is tested against real drawing sets, and the site says what has been tested and what hasn't. There are no invented numbers here.
- Early access means early access. Archive is being built with the firms using it. What's on the plans page is what it's being built to launch with, and the order is decided with them.
