Your organization's drawings, filed by building and ready to find and send.
Sheetsa Library is in early access. Files you add are stored for your organization only. Terms of use.
Welcome to Sheetsa. Your Library starts with your organization: everyone you invite shares its sets, buildings and sent packages.
Sheet numbers, titles and the words on each sheet; spec sections; files by name or note.
Sources, each opens the sheet:
Open a building to see everything filed on it.
Everything is read in your browser, then filed under its building.
Drop anything for your buildings: each kind of file goes where it belongs.
Or . To add files to one building, open it and use Attach files.
Procore is where a project's drawings live day to day, not an archive — this reads one file from there and indexes it here as its own set. Nothing in Procore is changed, and nothing is written back to it. The building and title above are used for it.
Each CSI section indexed and kept as its own PDF, under the building you choose.
Packages of sheets sent by link, each with its transmittal.
Drawings sent to you. Nothing is filed until you accept it.
A link for a consultant or anyone else, no account needed: they drop files or a whole folder, and the package arrives here as new.
Accept files a package for you on Sheetsa's server, whatever its size, so you can leave this page; it asks once if the titleblocks name no building, and the row shows its progress until "Open the set".
Your organization, its people, how long records are kept, and AI connections
Who the drawings you send are from
Your logo and colour on the drawings you send
Drawings are filed as Site › Building › Set › Issuance: a set is one scope of work, like a boiler replacement, issued several times. Use your own words, like Campus and Building, or Region and Property, or Project for a set. Leave one blank for the usual word.
Who can see and change this organization's drawings
A member adds and corrects sets; a viewer finds, opens and sends sheets but changes nothing. Add someone's email, then send them this page's address: they join when they sign in with that email.
The people this organization sends drawings to, kept from each send with their company
Send keeps every address it is given; a name and company typed for a single recipient are kept with it and offered the next time that address is typed.
How long each kind of record is kept before it's flagged for someone to review
What was indexed, decided, corrected, sent and deleted, and by whom
Owners and admins see this; it is kept as written and cannot be edited.
For organizations that already use an AI assistant
A read-only connection (MCP) that lets your own trusted assistant search your sheet index. It never receives a drawing. Nothing connects until you make a key.
"Ask the archive" on the Library home answers inside Sheetsa and nothing leaves. If your organization already runs an AI assistant it trusts (Copilot in your tenant, a Claude or ChatGPT workspace under your own agreement), a key gives it a read-only connection (MCP) to search your sheet index and the text printed on your sheets. It never receives a drawing or a link to one, only records, and only your organization's. No AI can connect until you make a key, and revoking every key turns the connection off again. Every call is listed below.

Building
Each one belongs to a set. Pick the set it was issued for, or add a new one above.
For each sheet number, the sheet with the later issue date is current. With no dates, the later revision wins; then a value a person verified over one nobody checked; last, the later upload, and the row says so, since upload order says nothing about the drawing itself. Open a row to see the sheet in its set and correct a date or revision; the current set follows.
Sheets you have linked as issues of one drawing count as one, even if the sheet number changed between issues. A sheet number can only add to this: sheets that share a number are always treated as one drawing.
Issuance
This set is built: its rounds stay readable and take responses, but no new round opens on it.
Pick a sheet on the left to see it here with its comments.
Send
Click a sheet to see it before it goes.
Automatic reads can be wrong, so check them; every correction is recorded with who made it. Terms of use.
Open comments
Review rounds still open, across the buildings. Open one to see its sheets and comment on them.
