Design review · for owners and agencies

Comments and responses, on the drawings.

Your team reviews a consultant's submission and comments right on the sheets. The consultant answers each comment through one link, with no account to create. You back-check every answer, close what's resolved, and anything still open follows the drawing to its next issue. Every round, every building, in one place.

For your reviewers

Point at the problem, not a paragraph about it.

Draw a box on the exact part of the sheet and write the comment. Each one is numbered and tagged with its discipline and priority, and stays on the drawing at any zoom.

The Review comments screen: a mechanical floor plan with numbered comment boxes, the set's sheets on the left, and the comments on the right, one answered by the consultant with Concur and ready to accept or send back.

For your consultants

One link. No account.

Each firm gets its own link, sent from your own email. They say who they are once, see the sheets with your comment boxes, and answer each comment with Concur, Non-concur, Noted or Already addressed. Their name goes on every response.

The page a consultant opens from a review link: what is asked and by when, the sheet with its comment boxes, and a box to answer each comment.

For whoever runs the review

Know what's open, everywhere.

Open comments lists every round across your buildings: the answers waiting for you, what's still with the consultants, and how many days are left.

Open comments: each review round as a card, with the responses waiting for you, what waits on the consultants, the due date in days and a progress bar.

What's included

Everything a review round needs.

Design review is part of the Sheetsa Library, on every paid plan, with unlimited seats. Consultants never need a seat.

  • Review rounds with due dates, for a set or for the whole building, marked when they're issued to the consultants; a comment added after that is marked as late.
  • Every step kept with who and when: raised, answered, accepted, sent back, closed, reopened. Nothing is edited away.
  • Comments that carry over. When a newer issue of a drawing comes in, its open comments show against it, ready to back-check there.
  • Export to Excel or CSV, for your reviewers and for your consultants, with every response and decision.
  • Links you control. Open for 14 to 90 days, closed any time, and each one kept to its own round.
  • Roles. Viewers can read every comment and change nothing.

Run your next review in Sheetsa.

Bring one project's submission and the comments you'd write anyway. We'll set up your Library at the early-access price of $99/mo, locked for your first year, and walk your team through the first round. Write to support@sheetsa.com.
